Case Review and Analysis
Present and discuss selected cases of morbidity and mortality in a structured and objective manner.
Identify clinical, procedural, and system-related factors contributing to adverse outcomes.
Clinical and Educational Value
Highlight key clinical learning points and evidence-based best practices from each case.
Differentiate between unavoidable complications and preventable adverse events.
Patient Safety and Quality Improvement
Apply root cause analysis and quality improvement principles to address identified gaps.
Develop strategies to minimize recurrence of similar events and enhance patient outcomes.
Professionalism and Multidisciplinary Learning
Foster a culture of open communication, accountability, and teamwork in patient care.
Strengthen collaboration among doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in preventing adverse events.
