I am a researcher with a background in biology (Zoology/Biochemistry/Entomology) and over a decade of experience leading projects focused on developing novel products for improved animal, plant, and human health. Presently, I am a post-doctoral researcher and laboratory lead for the Broad One Health Endectocide-based Malaria Intervention in Africa (BOHEMIA) project; a cluster randomised controlled clinical trial evaluating the safety and efficacy of ivermectin (endectocide) mass drug administration for malaria transmission reduction and its entomological, social, environmental, and economic impacts in two African sites: Mozambique and Kenya.
