Description
The Interventional Pulmonology EBUS Workshop is a hands-on, skill-enhancement training designed for pulmonologists, thoracic surgeons, and healthcare professionals involved in advanced lung diagnostics. The workshop focuses on the application of endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) in diagnosing and staging lung cancer, mediastinal lymphadenopathy, and other thoracic conditions. Participants will gain practical experience in EBUS-guided transbronchial needle aspiration (TBNA), interpretation of real-time ultrasound images, and the integration of EBUS into clinical decision-making pathways.
Objectives
To equip participants with practical knowledge and skills for performing EBUS procedures.
To enhance understanding of the role of EBUS in the diagnosis and staging of thoracic malignancies and other diseases.
To promote safe and effective use of EBUS-TBNA in clinical practice.
To foster multidisciplinary collaboration in interventional pulmonology and thoracic oncology.
