Description
Cervical cancer is a malignancy of the lower part of the uterus. It is the fourth most common cancer in women globally, with about 660,000 new cases and around 350,000 deaths in 2022 (WHO). Persistent Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) infection causes 95% of cervical cancer.
