AMR has significant costs for both health systems and national economies overall. For example, it creates need for more expensive and intensive care, affects productivity of patients or their caregivers through prolonged hospital stays, and harms agricultural productivity. The antimicrobial policy set the strategies and activities undertaken to organize the antimicrobial treatment in the hospital, and achieve health outcomes for patients. This one day symposium is organize to train healthcare providers on safe use of antibiotic to prevent resistance
